ok cool dude, but the problem is cause with vista as it. no stardock or any thing

i baught a new lap top wich comes with windows vista pr installed. usually within half an hour of using my pc, the task bar usually glitches up, so i am unable to reopen the windows that i have already open. how can i fix this?

hey i just baught a new pc with windows vista . however after a few minutes of use, the task bar glitches up and i have to resort to restarting the pc. how do i fix this problem?
