Disregard, I figured out my issue. I was thinking of Galactic Empire IV and V. To many games with similar names and similar premises makes it easy to confuse at times.

Okay I'm entirely confused by this. The Galactic Civilization games have been out for a LONG time and GalCiv IV is OLD it's not a NEW games, how can it be in Early Access now? Especially since there has been a GalCiv V for a long long while as well.

I just got a new laptop and I currently have Start10 installed on my PC. My question is can I also use the same license on my Laptop as I have on my PC or do I need to buy a second copy of Start10?
