Strangs lines around Per Pixel borders in SkinStudio Stardock Forums

Hi - I'm trying to do a skin with skinstudio 5 free version. But I'm having problems with the per pixel borders: They work fine, but: At the left, right and bottom border a white line is shown, 1-pixel wide and surrounding the window like a frame/big U. Actually it looks like the inside of the window doesn't know where to stop: Let's assume the window is (with the borders) 100x100pixels (width x height).
