I have restarted many times with this software, as I've had it installed since September 2021. Every time I reboot it's impossible to use my explorer until I ctrl+alt+del and kill the Start11 task

I have attempted to run Start11 since I purchased on 9/12/21 -- this issue has persisted through every iteration of this program. I'm unsure where to find the event log. I will happily provide it if you can point me towards its location!
