I'm getting the same problem. Folder icon changes won't stick, icon tab in item properties does nothing. Using the latest beta of iconpackager but I tried the latest 4.2 and got the same results. I'm on Vista Ultimate 64bit. I'm not using any other stardock applications at the moment. Anyone found a solution to this problem yet?

I want to hide the program icon on the taskbar buttons, but I can't seem to find if it's possible or not. On the same note, I'd also like to hide the icons in menus and the titlebar. I used to use alternate shells to do this but obviously I'd prefer a native solution.
