Invalid Product in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

Hello, I wrote a ticket many hours ago (ticket HMI-137693) and i still don't have an answer for the problem "Invalid product" when i try to launch the game Sins or Entrechment or Diplomacy. I send the serials, the activate log, but i still can't activate the game for the first run. I'm getting upset not being able to play it. Please try to check what is wrong !
