thank u JMB1984, it worked i put in on disabled, now it doesnt come up

When ever i move my mouse pointer to the bottom of the taskbar, the objectdock always pops up, even though its in "keep always on bottom" how do i make this stop happeneing from appearing wen i put my mouse on the bottom im using windows xp sp2, its jus weird,
