I'm not quite sure how mean about the layout, but I recommend using ShareX to take a screenshot of the entire screen. Super useful open source utility which can also capture multi-monitor desktops in a single screenshot. Of course, if you have a lot of personal docs with names, company details, etc. (like I typically would) on the desktop, it makes sense not to post.

I love the functionality of Fences, but something that has bothered me for a long time while using it is that when I move icons around on the desktop over any fences, there is a blocking pause of the actual icon movement while the fade-in and fade-out animation plays for every fence that's crossed.
