Reply to 10 Days to the release of Cairo Shell in Community WinCustomize Forums

As an Alpha Tester, I received the Cairo program about 4 hours ago. Although still in Alpha Stage (with only some of the features implimented), I can assure you that the Cairo Shell is NOT Vaporware, nor is it a Mac ripoff, as another poster suggested. The Private Alpha Testing will continue for 30 days. After a few months (perhaps three, perhaps more) Cairo will go into PUBLIC BETA. Reply to need desprate help with dreamscape in DeskScapes WinCustomize Forums

I have noticed, every once in awhile, upon booting up, that i get an error message saying that deskscapes needs to have dreamscenes installed in order for it to function, even tho i HAVE dreamscenes installed. What i then do is change the background to a static picture, then i change it to a dreamscene, then switch back to my deskscapes...that solved the problem for me. This only happens very rarely, and im really not sure what the conflict is during bootup... as to your problem, if you

Having just purchased a few of the master skins, i was reading the comments about each one, and noticed that the designers said they are working on newer versions. Will those of us that have purchased these skins be able (somehow) to download the newer versions as they come out? error message on Vista bootup using Deskcapes in Stardock Software Stardock Forums
