Are you able to elaborate more on the UDP Proxy ground work? Are the proxies actually up yet? Will the connections improve at least USA people as well and not just Europe? Thanks for the update. I await them every evening. Thanks a bunch Stardock!

Sometimes yes, other times connections. Stay with Pantheon or Skirmish for the time being. Also google GameRanger and use it.

Thank you very much for the update. I love seeing updates everyday so I know things are getting done, and rather quickly I might add. I'm looking forward to the proxy servers because I am one of those people who cannot connect to a single Custom Game, and have problems connecting via Pantheon and Skirmish the past few days.

By god get those proxies Brad! I've tried to play at least 11 games and not able to connect to a single one. All ports open on the home router...even tries to play directly to the cable modem. No luck [e digicons]

I agree that there should be multiple lobbies depending on which continent/country. Would also make it easy on the proxies as well because the connections stay within that particular area.

Great work you're doing here. However I do have one question for you Brad. Where are you thinking about setting up these proxy servers? I hope you will put at least one in USA. I know one will be in Europe of course for all the DSL oriented users. Would this help people say in college dorms like myself? I can connect most of the time via Pantheon, but never in Custom Games. (I know the college routers and what not you can't get past) I do
