I'd like to see an event that will randomize the intelligence of the AI players. making your existing opponents possibly smarter or dumber than they were before.

this was a difficult thing for me as well since it is not covered in the manual. this thread is the place i found this bit of information. i kinda expected the option to be in the same place as where i negotiate to get treaties but that is me.

Hi, I've actually just bought Galciv2 so no doubt i am really late to the party. I saw this game around when it first came out and dismissed it as another run of the mill strategy game. I like these kinds of games but nothing about the advertising really grabbed me at the time. Fast forward to today, a little more than a year later and i stumble on a website post by Brian Clevinger who creates the 8 bit theater webcomic that had this link: http://www.computerandvideogames.com/
