I have been submitting my work here since 2001…and after 400K plus download…I feel my journey to the top is getting more and more impossible. Well I know a lot of you skinner out there is doing this and sharing your work just for the fun of it…but for me… I got to have a target… And my target is I want to be at the Masters level so that I can get something back for the work I’ve put in. But recently…I compare stats between mine with some old and new skinners…what I saw were a bit confus

Hmm... I have a question... If someone do a 3D model design from scratch base on, let say the X-wing fighter from Star Wars, do all the works himself/herself. Render it. Make a nice wallpaper out of that. Will that artwork consider to be a rip? Or maybe make a CursorXP out of it... (I think someone did make it long time ago) will his/her work be consider a rip too? I don't know if this will help..but...it happened to me... 1) try to take off all the internal removeable hardware cards /sound card/modem card and boot see if this help. If its build in type...disable it while in BIOS mode. 2) If its solve the slow problem then probably the hardware fault. If not ... ;(
I am sorry I was away for few days...If you have not figure it out yourself yet...those colors can be set at the...miscellaneous/colors sections. Just play around the color setting which for you is currently set to 255,255,255 to any other colors and work from there ..good luck..
Are doing it with pngs? or just tga? coz usually I do it in png and set the canvas to be transparent..and from skinstudios import it...it will auto convert to tga......i think it will work with psd too.. i never understand tga ..
