why does it converts to windows classic theme? in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

i have the same problem Whenever i try to apply one of the skins i download from this site, it converts to windows classic theme it bugs me..........i have vista ultimate, my graphics index is 1.0 my windows blinds enhanced is active and everything please someone tell me what can i do????
