Hi, i encountered the following situation. Installed galciv IV on my main computer (obtained through epic). Computer i4700K, 32 GB RAM, nVidia RTX2060, Win 10 and running under administrator account. The game installs, verifies and states launch. When I launch it the screen loading appears and immediately a pop-up appears stating that "there is a problem with accessing the user data folder".
