means my skin is working fine its just i don't have the latest version of windows blind? (if i don't have the latest version i cant apply this skin?)

whats the latest version of windowsblinds? can anyone tell me?

i am using windows xp. i got windows vista ultimate x32 on a dvd. i aint going to install it because i need a better computer (buying one soon)

HI, my name is Steven and i am so frustrated by this skin(arrows).When i click apply skin it just turns into the windows xp classic style. I have tried to restart my computer,log off log back in but nothing works.
