I've noticed this behavior now as well. I can't seem to pick Mode 1 AND have the ability to have a hot key to cycle between VD's. This means that if I want a hot key, I have to deal with an unfiltered taskbar OR have the unfiltered taskbar and no hot key. This was not the previous behavior.
