I've got the same problem as the OP, very annoying as it USED to work before,I hadn't used iconpackager for quite a while but decided to change my icons, now I'm stuffed as it's a no go due to the visual c++ runtime error R6034,I have made a report for help in the support, still waiting....windows blinds works fine, but iconpackager no go cause of this error, can't find any help or possible solutions anywhere, including microsoft website.

The program for me runs till I try and apply an icon package then I get an error window saying something about Microsoft Visual C++ error R6034, then I have to exit the program with "end now" cause it won't respond.
