Arg - I'm having another problem. I archived and then uninstalled planning to move the game to my faster hard drive to cut down on loading times. I ended up removing Mass Effect 2 from my registrations (which i prob shouldnt have done) but when I try to add the game to my registrations again it will not accept the serial. It says "The serial number you have entered is not recognized by Impulse. Only serial numbers provided by Stardock will be accepted."

Yes - it is downloading. I am trying to register the pre-order bonus items at the bioware page and I need the serial number to do it.

Hello, I bought Mass Effect 2, but did not get a serial number. The receipt says "serial will be emailed on January 26" - that is today. What do I need to do to get my serial so that I can play?
