July 4th, no "June" DLC ?

Hello GalCivllians. So i have 2 questions about the game that seem to befuddle me. 1. Request Constructor: How does this actually work in the game, i see it is a button when i am in the star-base menu, but if i have to select where to send my constructors even when i "request" i fail to see how this is supposed to help in any way. 2. Upgrade all: I hope i am missing this, but i do not see the option to upgrade all types of one ship to a newer version. This was in previ

So i am not sure what the point of this feature, i spent 10 minutes with all my Starbases setting request constructor on them, but i still have to send the newly built constructors to the starbases. Am i missing the point of this ? One would assume it would allow more automation of upgrading, but if i still have to tell the constructors where to go it is actually an added step for no reason. I hope there is some obvious thing i am missing here. th
