Solved my problem. Found out it was set to use Directshow EVR, and changed it to Directshow WMR-9 for videosupport

Yes. I have a 4k monitor. i tried both 100% and 150% with no difference. I have several backgrounds, both 4k and and with less, still the same result. My drivers are all updated
