Thank you very much folks. Now I have some direction.

Ok, I've pulled my head out of the sand and discovered the world of Desktop customization. Where have I been? So where does one get started with all of this? I've purchased Object Desktop Plus and Icon Packager, but now what? I've found numerous Icons that I would love to install into my object dock, but how? I've looked for a help file and see nothing. I know that there has to be a how to post somewhere, I've looked, but I suppose I'm just a little overwhelmed.
