since premium skins already exist bash2cool it would appear that people already are charging for their endeavours. perhaps the real question is whether the market would support this trend going mainstream. would i pay for a skin?. i already have. would i pay for more? i don't think so.

non. more than likely not. i will continue renewing my objectdock account because i like the program and i like alot of the skins from the past.. essorant and aleksyandr, crumbut and treetog and of course pixtudio and mike bryant for their attention to detail. however i find so many of the skins lately seem so generic. not so different from style xp really.
gosh a lesson in intolerance.. wincustomize has it all!!
thank you yrag, and t-man. i think i may have found a work around. after uninstalling wincustomize/stardock and running the latter only, the wincust libraries (and contents) appear innitially but then upon refreshing although the libraries.zip file registers as downloading, when it displays, the categories are shown but the contents are not. further, when i click on the lib.zip file, it registers as corrupted. i have found however though if i select refresh site updates first THEN refr
ok, i am having a lot of trouble refreshing my skins and themes libraries for both wincustomize and stardock. i have tried refreshing, refreshing site-updates, closing the program and restarting. i have tried removingt the lib.ini in winbrowser (and the data file for wincustomize). both suggestions given to previous postings. since there have been few other responses about this issue being posted i assume that nobody else is having this problem? does the fault lie at my end? sometimes

ok, well i've tried refreshing my libraries on both stardock central and wincustomize browser with no success. i had this problem yesterday and was given the instruction to refresh the libraries, then refresh the site updates, then close the program, re-open and refresh the libraries again. whilst this seemed to work yesterday, i have repeated this at least half a dozen times for both programs and to no avail - nothin appears. is anybody else having a similar problem? <img src="http:/

ok, please don't confuse this with a criticism. i too have been unable to view any skins or themes for the last 4/5 days. i understand there has been significant upheaval with the moving of the site and accept this. however having uninstalled and reinstalled winbrowser (as well as re-subscribing my object dock account and upgrading the software) and still not being able to view any of the skins or themes i don't know whether it is me or the wincustomize site itself. is it possible to b

well.. i like the look of the screenshots of this skin and have gone to subscriber resources and downloaded it but, i don't seem to be able to open the file at all. does any one know what i am doing wrong?
