I love pigs! They're so cute! I'd like to have one, but I already have an oinker in the family. Still, if I had the space, I wouldn't mind having a pig. They're so fat and cuddly and they oink! You two could also compromise and get a tiny pig. I'm sure they come in different sizes.

I oppose his appointment because of his conservative stance, especially on the issue of condoms. I sickens me that in this day and age with all the STDs (now known as STIs) that someone would advocate non-safe sex, not to mention the population problem (though that may be more economy/culture based than due to lack of contracepti

If the church gave into political influence and popular opinion, I'd lose all respect for it... Amen! Sure, the Church can "evolve," but it cannot ever forsakes Scripture to appease non-Catholics and Catholics who don't even agree whole-heartedly with the Bible. A Catholic Church with only 10,000 members that strives for Truth is better than a Ca

EJ--it is not our job to judge sinners. Everyone sins, and no sin is any better or worse than any other--God calls me to love my brothers and sisters, and while I might not be perfect in doing this, I think the Church needs to set an example for its followers. I'm not talking about "hip and cool," I'm talking about more accuratel

I'd rather have the Catholic Church lose a few members than to modernize to be "hip and cool" for the kids. If the Catholic Church were to treasure PC-dom more than scripture, then I would have no respect for it. If you guys want a religion that's all "Happy happy joy joy love peace and candy land" then why don't you join one of those other Christian churches that don't think of anything as a sin (unless of course things they dislike).

in all honesty, i don't pay a lotta attention or respect to now. i'm much more concerned about someone using its relatively subdued objection to an fda decision that's as questionable for its timing as its conclusion as an opportunity to insult and advocate violence against any women--even members of now. <B

With all the bickering back and forth, the fact remains, there is no medical purpose for breast implants. The only reasons any women get them are based on low self esteem and a pathetic need for attention so strong that they are willing to risk their lives to get it. If I am wrong, please, someone explain to me where I e

What's funny I think is how some people want to pretend that abortion does not have any very damaging risks, but silicon implants, which granted, can cause problems, has been exonerated of causing lupus, cancer, or any other serious illness, cannot be allowed, even if women are given information of the risks involved (give them the most pessimistic percentages) and are informed that silicon implants, like a tampon, does not last forever, and will require more appointments. In fact, it seems that

I'm not sure if this is true anymore, but in Canada, it was legal to possess child pornography at a time.

Those rabbits sure lived on the edge! I'm sure they were expecting to be caught eventually. Once, my little black dachshund had a baby rat in his mouth. He let it go though, so I fed it to the snake (which was probably a bad idea, but he's all right, so it's all right).

My aunt and her BF are very rich, and they singlehandedly squelched my desire to be very rich. Not that I wouldn't love to be rich, but you're right: it's a burden, especially with how hard and long you need to work. As long as I have enough money to support my family and me and a few of our desires, I'll be content.

To hell with what they say! You're a babe times ten! I wonder what the "right" color would be to those pricks. When I read this though, I was reminded of that episode of MadTV where the three black actors (Jordan Peele, Keegan Michael Key, and Aries Spears) were on stage for the introduction, and then Jordan mentioned how Keegan probably shouldn't be up there ('cause he's like really light-skinned), and then aries said to same to Jordan, and then J

I quit paying attention to those ads as soon aas I saw the one where the Burger King was in bed with the guy and handed him a sandwich. I think they were trying to revive the Burger King from the 70's/80's, but they ended up doing it in a really creepy way. Wow! My mind's not as dirty as I thought

I also want to thank Bush. Although he is not perfect (who is? "Jean Kerri?") and he does many things with which I disagree, I still respect him.

I'm thinking about downloading a file-sharing application again. Sure, iTunes is great, but it doesn't have some songs that I want, and some of the songs it has aren't the versions I want (i.e. "I'm in Heaven" by ATC on iTunes isn't the same one that I heard previously that I preferred). Sadly, I know I'm not going to find that song by Summer Junkies on iTunes, Kazaa, or anything else. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smiles/Crying.gif" bord

Wow. When I was anti-Christian, I would have definitely responded just as Iconoclast did. In fact, what he's saying is similar to what I said of Mother Theresa (I feel so embarrassed for being such a bitter person back then, but that's the past). I realized something though. Pope John Paul II has done more for the world than Iconoclast or I will ever do for it, and even though I'm not Catholic and disagree with Catholicism, I do acknowledge that Po
