I think when they have WinCustomize be able to rate skins, the actual people that are rating skins will increase, at least by one.

That's odd. It actually looks like the correct size on mine. I guess it must have to do with some other setting. And although Mozilla and Phoenix are based on the same codebase, why is it that Phoenix doesn't skin the scrollbars with the WB skin as Mozilla does?
