Not at all. If having two taskbars works for you, then it's all good.

If you don't want the Windows taskbar to show, check autohide in Windows taskbar properties.

If you want it to stay gone, open The Objectbar .obtheme with notepad and place the following at the end of the file.

[Options]
HideTaskbar=1

This happens to me when eplorer crashes on my Windows 98 system. It also happens when the system hangs on loading the Object Bar and for a while I have 2 task bars doing the same thing.

Just reload the object bar. before you do that make sure the settings are currect on Objectbar and on your original task bar (as in have the original task bar set to whatever setting you had it on in the first place)

End of problem

I found a issue with the same thing.. Your only choice is to hide that dang window's taskbar. If you want to get rid of it.. You'll have to mess with your registry.. If you want to, let me know than I'll post how to do that. But you might want to watch doing this tweak because what happens when you loose your Object bar? You'll have to use all your hot keys and the back door to get where you need to go to fix the issue
But I'm willing to share the info if you want it.

If you have tweakshell look around in it and there is an option for it.
