This is happening on multiple computers, some windows 11 22h2 and 23h2. The sub menu to choose shutdown/restart options is unclickable at times launching whatever program option is underneath the flyout menu: In the image above, clicking on sleep will not sleep, it will launch "Adobe Acrobat" which happens to be beneath that area.&nb

I had no applications open besides task manager. All other user accounts were signed out. Again, cannot replicate on admin user account. This is win 10 2004 BTW.

seeing 30% average cpu usage for groupy (cant remember which executable) on non-admin user account on same pc. anyone experiencing high cpu usage? I generally see negligible cpu usage for this application.
