Automatic mode and Force Touch mode show top edge only. Force Not Touch mode show no peek at all.

Issues with taskbar peek view. When the taskbar is on the bottom it works fine (bottom image).

Similar issues with taskbar peek view. When the taskbar is on the bottom it works fine (bottom image). When the taskbar is on the top only the top edge of the peek image shows. I have tried numerous options trying to find a cause and it seems to be an issue with the Microsoft Surface Pro (I have the 7+). I am using three windows computers with Start11v
