but i like being able to set up all my fighters and bombers right at a chokepoint so when my enemy jumps in he is immediately hit, and cant respond very well to the attack since he didnt have all his ships phase jump at the same time. (what Ron said, but mine sounds prettier )

nah, you should read every part of it. and memorize it completely. your every waking moment should be dedicated to SINS and the devs arent really spending much time on the tuts until the game is finished.

I think they should autodock for a limited time to restore fuel/weps/w/e but after they do so, they should circle the fleet/ carrier in a defensive formation
