Ok to start off i am totally new at this windowblinds thing and i just wanted to fcancy up my computers looks, First i got a theme and all that, but i wanted this windows vista theme which is transparent,but when i click to install the startbar has the transparent glassy effect, but when you look at the windows outlines there is none at all, here is what mine looks like this is what i want it to
