I've had some problems with this software also, but I always fix them doing one of the following: - Apply any other pack - Apply the original icons - Uninstall IconPackager and use a registry cleaner One of them always fix my problems... remember to clikc "load" before "apply".

Well, since I don't like at all the best solution (thanks a lot anyway ;-) ) I tried to replace the icon inside the exe file of the program and it works like a charm :)

Is that the only solution? Same problem here, with PDF files in my case. I can load the PDF icon I want, but as soon as I open a file (Foxit PDF) the icon changes to the default one. Kinda annoying...

Problems at startup in DesktopX Stardock Forums

Hi I have a problem with DesktopX. When I reboot my computer it doesn´t load properly, it only load a part of the desktopx theme. I have tryied with other themes and the problem continues, so the problem is not the theme. But if I shut down DesktopX and then reboot or shut down my PC, it loads perfectly, so I think DesktopX doesn´t close correctrly when I shut down my computer and then it doesn´t load propertly when restart. Some help? Thanks
