I have just loaded Windows 8.1 preview and Start8 is not working properly, clicking the flag does nothing, the start menu can be accessed with it but right down in the bottom corner almost impossible to reach. Pressing Windows key works but with a finger, mouse or stylus I have not found an easy way yet. NicW
