Icons won't move with fences, icons can overlap, can't put icons into fences, scrollbars don't work...

I have the same problem! How can i solve this? My system is: Windows 10 64bit Resolution 2560X1440 on 3 monitors. Total resolution 7680X1440. Graphics card: 2 Amd Sapphire 290X.
