Not sure what the problem is but I have sent Aaron Klenke some logs per his request along with some screen shots on Nov 16 and have not recieved any response back. Is this issue being followed up on???

Thanks Rosco for your reply. Now I am wondering what is going to be the soonest I may get some support????? I think I am due some since this ticket was origianally opened on Oct. 27th....
Well the only response that I have been getting is that if I didn't reply to the email that the case was going to be closed. Below is the emails that I've been getting. So am I not supposed to reply to this email even though it implies to? Note: this is the first email I have recieved after opening this case followed be five of the same emails. I have still not recieved any support on this matter. <a href="mailto:mrhodehouse@oneiros
I have created a support ticket with Stardock with the only response of we are going to close your case because I have not replied within X amount of time. I need help on this ASAP as was mentioned in the ticket. Ticket #WEA-574670 The problem we are having is when trying to connect to secondary machines the user name and password seem to get corrupt. After this MP tries to connect but 2 seconds later drops the connection. Sometimes I can remove the secondary f
Hey all, I am having problems connecting to secondary machines. We have six different MP product keys, all which control up to 7 secondary machines. This is a network of 70 computers and servers connected to a router and switches. We have been using MP for 4 yrs and not had too many problems. We just resently updated to 1.22 and now are having this problem. We have on one license 1 primary and 7 secondaries. I can connect to 4 but not the
bump I am now running MP Pro 1.20 and still the same problem as above. When locking any of the secondary machines (which are XP Pro SP2) with the windows key + L it also locks the primary (which is Vista). So, I have to unlock the primary again and again just to lock any of the other secondaries. Any help on this would be great. Thanks, Matt
Hey, I have installed Vista on one of our desktops as a test run. We are running MP Pro 1.10 on this machine and it is primary connected to three secondaries running XP Pro with same version MP. When locking the desktop on the secondaries it also locks the primary. Kinda a pain when having to lock multiple machines. Is there any fix for this? Thanks, Matt Rhodehouse Network Administrator Oneiros Technologies
You would think, but the first time I installed MP I had similar problems with getting connections sometimes and losing them sometimes. This all cleared up with the correct configuration on all parts (MP version, installed on secondary first, mouse drivers the same on all PC's, allowed connections through firewall. Things like these could mess with the connection right?
As Zubaz said, MP version must be the same. Did you install MP on the secondary first then the Primary? Are you using a firewall? Did you open port 30564 in your firewall? You should not have any problems if your configured right.
If I setup the grid to look like this (pic above) and then shutdown secondary 1 server, I can no longer control secondary 2. I can control secondary 2 if I start secondary 1 back up. This wouldn't be a problem if all servers were left on at all times. But as you all know these computies need a reboot fr
We run a trading system.
Ya, each one is a seperate server. We have two MP commands at each area controlling those servers. This is just the start for us. We will have many work areas bigger and smaller just like those ones. Many props to Stardock, keep up the good work! Thanks again, Matt
Here ya go. Testing area Production area
All I have to say is that you guys at Stardock are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you very much for your latest release. The monitor grid is exactly what we needed. Thanks, Matt P.S. I have some pictures of our setup and I'll try to post them tonight.
What brand mouse are you using? Did you install drivers for that mouse on the primary and secondary machine? Did you enable port 30564 in the firewall? Try using Multi Pro 1.05. Matt
I'm not sure your understanding what it is that I'm asking. I have two rows of LCD's and I would like to take control of any one, from any one of its neighbored LCD. I have a grid option with 1.05 but, it only alows you to move (left to right)or (up and down) and I would like it to have the ability to go up, down, left, right from any one LCD. I will post some pictures soon so you can see what I'm working with. Thank you, Matt
I have noticed that if I have some heavy processes running on my primary boxes the mouse cursor will lag. This is normal, when the processes slow down the lag will stop.
I have three multiplicity commands setup controlling 5 secondary machines each. I also have LCD's horizonal and vertical and was wondering if on future patches you could add the function to control horizonal and vertical at any one time? It would be nice if you could also do this from not only the primary machine but from the secondary machines as well. In the future we will be controlling more than just 5 machines with multiplicity, so this feature would be very helpful for us. <br/
Sounds like you might need an updated keyboard driver on that secondary machine. I'm running 3 different workstations with multiplicity that have a total of 5 machines each. No problems here. But it would be nice to lock, unlock all at the same time. Then again I like my servers to be locked up tight. Matt
