can we still use version 4.6(cracked)

Hi i m new here,,,i recently installed windows blinds but had problems with yahoo messenger,then i read this forum n got the answer but in the meanwhile i uninstalled window's blinds n now i want to install it...so i did but when i booted up this time my explorer doesn't came up...all things were kind of messy...i can see mixing of colours....i mean to say nothing was stable,,then i logged in the safe mode and uninstalled it,,did the same thing again n got the same thing again...please sugges
