Woke up this morning and saw it in the list so thanks for that. Apparently the server started substituting gmail with googlemail or something to that effect (according to the support email I received). All is well with the world, thanks guys. I'm abroad next week and wanted to get some play time in this weekend. I'm quite surprised to have got this sorted so quickly. Thanks again Kind regards

Nope, all I have in my list is Galactic Civ II / Dreadlords. Is it likely they'll respond as quickly as you have? Don't want to be waiting very long. Ah well, time to set things in motion. This really should not be happening. Thanks though, you responded quickly and I can see that the advice you give has worked for a lot of people, though my case is unique for some reason. As per your advice, and a few moments before you suggested actually, I have/had merged the accounts. As previously stated - the serial did not appear on either account and that would seem to lend itself to the fact that this merger would not solve the problem and, indeed, it hasn't. I have restarted impulse as you suggested. Thanks for the speedy reply. What next? :]

Just bought this via paypal and have not received a CD/serial key. My paypal email is not the same as my Impulse email. Currently, the auto response email states the following: Thank you for your order from Stardock. This email contains information about your order and serves as your receipt.
