[BUG] World Size and Map Type not available in FE Support Elemental Forums

I hope I didn't miss a patch note stating these have been turned off for now. If so, egg on my face. When trying to start a new game, the World Size and Map Type are grayed out and unselectable.

Can't download on Steam?!?! in Fallen Enchantress Elemental Forums

I purchased FE during Beta development and now I want to do a clean install through Steam. I tried to use the digital download game code associated with my Stardock account on Steam and it said it was an invalid code. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to repurchase the game through Steam? Thanks in advance.
