I get the same thing. I'm using the free version (1.30.523). I end up having to close ObjectDock, and start it again, each time I empty the recycle bin. It's especially bad if there is a lot in the bin, but it lags and often crashes even if theres very little there. A really annoying bug. It'd be nice if they get this sorted.
