The campaign starts as the terrans, but the terrans (at least in the first two scenarios) have missing branch in their normal toa thech trees. I can't find "trade" tech, the only attack tech branch I have is "laser", the only defense tech branch I have is "armor" ... Why?
I have understood that TotA has much changes over Dark Avatar, but does have any sense to play GalCivII over Dark Avatar?
I have just bought GalCivII and I'm going to start it. I played a lot with SEIV (I don't like SEV) an I'd like to know how the two games compare each other (apart, of course, the graphics).
By switching chapters on the menu i found that: GCII has the Dread Lords Campaign Dark Avatar has the Dread Lords and Dark Avatar campaign Twilight of the Arnor has the Arnor campaign. So what I should start play ... the Dread Lord Campaign on the Dark Avatar game? I tought I had all the campaigns versions on the expansions too, this means I haven't personalized tech tree on th first two campaign, right? Thanks.
I have never played GalCivII and I bought it with all the three expansions. To my wonder, it seems there are three different games. I'd like to play the whole story/campaign, but I don't how where to start. Should I play first GacCiv II then DA then TotA or jump directly to TotA? And, if I do this last option, am I missing something of the story/campaign? Thanks!
So no one is sure if in the bonus pack is there something additional ...
I have updated my game to 1.2 and today I downloaded the 1.3 retail update. Then I've found the existence of a "bonus pack" of collector edition with additional features. I've bought the game from a store. Can I install the Bonus pack add on to have the additional content? If yes, should I install it before or after the new 1.3 update? Thanks
