I'm not an expert in any of this stuff. Hell, I've only been using Windowblinds and Skin Studio for a little over a year. And I haven't made anything amazing with them, either. But there are some things I've noticed. Like how Windowblinds has some problems with certain programs, which makes dark skins (a very popular choice) incompatible with certain programs. I mean this out of the greatest respect.... But I don't like the red on the second window at all. It clashes with the blue at the bottom. You know, with regards to "his" Toxic skin... it actually has quite a bit of it that isn't part of Venom at all. Like that taskbar. Those open/close buttons and scrollbars, along with most of the start menu look familiar though. I, and I doubt John would have much of a problem with that skin if he asked to create a "similar to Venom" skin from the beginning and changed more about it. What gets me is the guy's arrogance...
