I downloaded the Arrow theme from wincustomize but the title bar and minimize, maximize, and close buttons are entirely opaque. The taskbar is transparent as well as drop down and right click menus. I have not tried any other themes that feature transparent titlebars. Could it be that I am using the demo of windowblinds, or another problem?

Can Windows Blinds export themes as windows theme files. If not can it export themes in a format that doesn't require any software to apply (I want to share themes with friends without making them install additional software).
