Thanks for that, seems to me that the only way to really go to town is to learn both scripts although I understand that it is only possible to use one or the other. What is the difference, if there is any and how does the functionality differ between the two. I want to use it to try and assemble animated menus and the like but after looking at objects that other people have assembled it looks very complicated! Have you had any degree of sucess yet?

Hi folks. Just discovered the awsome power of Desktop X. Does anyone have any hints or tips to help me on my way? I have managed to start usic icons and am able to group together objects to create widgets etc but seem to come unstuck when it comes to scripting. Perhaps anyone knows of a site where it can be learned from?
