Too bad that integrated graphics controller won't work. The problem is mostly visual, why try to explain it, when a picture is much more succinct.

It may be something to do with how I set my sliders to recover from the debt, I will look into this and report back.

I know all of the things that you posted after it occured. The economy was broken, so I had to go and change my economy to maximize my income to get back to positive BCs. However, once I reached positive BCs, the planetary economies on every one of my worlds except my home world was busted. Only 1 shield available, unable to build anything, etc.

During an invasion I chose Information War which I didn't have the money to pay for, but that's okay the game let me spend it anyways, and put me -1000BC into the hole. Several turns later of trying to rescue my economy, my colonies are all stuck on "NEVER" as being the completion date of all their projects and all we have is 1 shield on the planets.
