i have the same problem as well.

Ok first I have Window XP PRO Edition, but my taskbar is grey like in those old versions. I have a GeForce FX5200 with Directx 9.0 C, and Drivers are all up to date. I have 2 GBs of RAM. When I load the Eminece Skin, my computer gets all laggy, my taskbar first goes black, then disapears for a second or 2, then the taskbar just goes to funky colors and it "tries" to be the skin its designed to be.
