Another Way in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

This solution is not as good as dream sceane but it has similair functions. Ok it is called desktop slideshow. It is available for download on windows gadget gallery. on normal use it will work as a little slideshow on the sidebar and change your wallpaper acasionaly. but if you drag a movie or a animated .gif it will play the movie or .gif as the screensaver. It gets rid of all icons so i would suggest getting object dock if you want to make this a permanent soloutions. It seems to work really

Is there any free graphic software out on the Internet that i can use for making skins that is better than Windows Paint. (you know the free program that comes with windows under the accessories tab of programs.) I do not have enough money.
