Thanks for the response Hitchhiker. It is good to know that it is possible. Do your controls, tabs, scrollbars, buttons, etc get skinned? I only see the title bar skinned.

What settings do I use to get Windowblinds to skin Matlab 7.1? It is written in Java. It seems that the MS skinning engine skins it (and I tried StyleXP just to see). I am using the latest full not cracked version of Windowblinds 5. I know I am probably a nerd for even asking about Matlab...
