Hmm i know mine is 3.20, not sure about the 128 though. No i didn't install via Stardock Central. I'm using Windows XP SP2. I use the same program on 2 system with the same OS, 1 was freshly formatted, the other was used for around a year. The freshly formatted system worked, but the older one didn't. Probably some programs or settings of windows is messing it up
yea found out that it was the Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) that won't work, it will work for explorer.scf though but i don't know if you can use parameters there. Also it works if you right click on Start button and go to Explore. I wonder how to overcome this.
I have this problem too, doin the Shell and cache thing didn't help. I tried on another system and it worked just fine. On the system that doesn't work i notice some warnings when loading icon package. "IconPackager has detected that your current settings restrict come of the icons in this package from being applied. Would you like to apply all the icons in this package?" I believe this is the reason why the folder icons in windows explorer can't change. Because i
