Icons and wallapaper not changing in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

The toolbars and buttons change when i apply a skin, but the desktop background and icons remain un-changed. ie; the custom icon bottons and backgrounds dont take affect. why is this. can someone help me. I am using windowblinds 4.5. thanks!!
