I thought this was answered. Remember there was a huge discussion about this. We found out that we will have market ninjas. You just tell them to 'control' the supply/demand. But what they are actually doing is, just killing people who supply or demand.

Schematics, I would hope AI will take care of your ships getting to close to a planet. Once its to close the AI kicks in and moves it away for you, or at least something to warn you that its about to head to the bone yard.
Any day now, they should at least be announcing when the beta is ours. Unless its pushed back to march, but lets not dwell on that.
