First I want to say congratulations on getting the rights from Atari. This game is near and dear to my heart and hope you guys do this game justice. While I love star control 2 I really hope you bring back the star map from 1.

It actually cost 39 mana but it summons 9 skeletons which translates to 180 mana. I can also summon them with my familiar.
So I have been fooling around trying different race and class combos recently. Today I rolled a Quendar mage. I level summon up to skeletal horde and fairly early in the campaign I am able to summon 2 skeletal hordes with my familiar and myself then all of my champions can cast cull the weak on each skeleton and I can make about 160 mana every battle. I am not sure if this is Working as intended but as it stands I have about a 1000 mana and I am chain casting spells.
I went back and just to test your theory I had my champs walk every possible square and nothing.
I have explored all the pits and have not got a update for a completion.
Quoting Phaedyme, reply 57 I think it is reasonable to expect support for games, and expect announced patches to be released. It's not undeserved entitlement to want updates and fixes for games one has paid for. The notion that purchasing a product doesn't entitle one to customer service is actually utterly bizarre to me. However, I do not think this means that customers are entitled to be abusive jerks toward anyone.<br

You didn't have day one patches because games were tested and released when they were ready not when the publishers wanted them out. Games didn't ship bug free but they didn't ship in the broken state a large majority of games of today do. I can tell you I am unimpressed with your attitude and dism
Kids nowadays. I'd like to transport you back to the mid 90's when patches and updates only happened once or twice if you were lucky if at all. Those updates may have been Months to years after the project. Unimpressed with the rant of self entitlement
I would like to transport you back to the early to mid 90's. It seems like a lot of quests are bugged right now.
Not sure if this was posted but GoG released MoM today. I just finished that huge download and am now about to relive my youth. link for those that want it http://www.gog.com/en/frontpage/
I just find it funny that I have to use Hamachi in order to run a smooth multi player game. I wish I had pirated the game before I bought it.
I have been trying to keep track of both forums general discussions for official posts on the servers. Dev and forum mods should sticky official posts about the state of the game. Most of the responses seem to be made players giving second hand info from dev posts. All the lag issues I had earlier today were gone tonight so I figured the matchmaking was fixed as well.
Disreguard this post. I figured out I had a older version of impulse that was not updating and couldn't uninstall. Once I deleted it and reinstalled the latest version it updated fine.
So I just called my local gamestop and they are selling Demigod so I plan on canceling this order and going to pick up the game.
I for one agree with the original poster. I would rather see 3 or 4 original fantasy races then 12 human races and the decision to go with all human would influence me to stay away from the game. If you wanted to stay away from the stereotypical "fantasy" races like orcs, elves and dwarves I am sure the people of this community could help with that. I am very disappointed to find out there will not be any true fantasy races to play.
