I fixed my problem and I have restarted my computer 3 times to test it and I do not have to turn off anything. the problem appears with stardock central and windowblinds when I installed 5.51.025 (the latest upgrade) I uninstalled windowblinds and then uninstalled stardock central the applied the classic theme, and restarted my computer the I installed stardock central and then installed windowblinds. and restarted my computer it worked I was able to intall a skin again Hooray I don't know if it

Ok my windowblinds worked great until I installed the latest update to windowblinds and now it won't install any of my themes at all I uninstalled and reinstalled it did not fix the problem when I try to apply a theme it installs windows classic only I really need some help
